<p>When I first came to UK, I tried Fish and chips, and I sometimes crave fish and chips.</p>
<p>When I visit UK Tourist areas, I would like to try fish and fish somehow.</p>
<p>Today I made Tempura cod, and Sweet potato chips.</p>
<p>I made the beer batter with Japanese beer &#8211; Kirin ichiban shibori with Japanese 7 spice called shichimi.<br />

<span style="color: #000000;"> I used to steal some vegetable tempura while my mother was frying tempura.</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;"> I still could have whole meal even after I ate some&#8230;..</span></h2>
<h2><span style="color: #000000;">190ml  flour, We buy tempura flour from the shop.</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;"> 180ml cold water, or cold Japanese beer &#8211; Asahi Beer, or Kirin Beer</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;"> 1 egg york</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;"> some normal flour</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;"> 500ml Vegetable oil</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;"> You mix egg york with little beer.</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;"> Slice vegetable like photos, and flour the vegetables and prawn before</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;"> you dip in the tempura batter.</span></h2>
<h2><span style="color: #000000;">Ideal temerature to deep fry Vegeable Tempura is 170C, and 180C for fish.</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;"> You fry vegetable Tempura first, and then fish tempura.</span></h2>

<div><em>I had a great time in your class. I cannot  see ways in which  the course can be improved. Limiting the size to a  small amount of  people is definitely a wise choice and is a sign of  quality teaching.  The pdf you sent us is extremely useful, so people do  not have to take  notes while they take the course, but rather can  concentrate on the  cooking itself.</em></div>
